Exedra Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Exedra (https://myexedra.app), you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years old, you confirm that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or legal guardian.

2. Student Accounts & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Exedra account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Exedra is a learning environment. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to cheat, harass, bully, or impersonate other students or teachers.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt Exedra's security or service infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or inappropriate content.

4. Copyright & Uploaded Content

You may only upload notes, images and other material that you created yourself or that you have the right to share. Do not upload textbooks, past papers, worksheets, slides or any other work protected by copyright without permission from the rights holder.

Enforcement works in two steps:

  • First offence: the account receives a formal warning and the infringing note or notes are deleted from Exedra.
  • Second offence: the account is permanently deleted, along with its content, XP and rank.

Copyright holders can request the removal of infringing material by emailing exedrasupport@gmail.com with a link to the content and proof of ownership. We review every report and remove confirmed infringements promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, code, tools, and designs belong to Exedra. Content you create on the platform remains yours, but you grant Exedra a license to host and display it to deliver the service to you.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior, including repeated copyright infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Exedra is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 100% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or lost study notes.
